Who we are

Ya Enough! is a community-powered 501(c)(3) organization serving adults across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We warmly welcome men aged 18 and older, veterans, and LGBTQ+ community members, honoring resilience rather than defining anyone by trauma. Our primary in-person group, “What’s in Your Bag,” helps participants “unpack” what they carry and provides simple tools they can use immediately—such as clearer communication, firmer boundaries, and calmer days. For those needing more than a non-clinical group, we also offer one-on-one sessions with a licensed clinician for professional, trauma-aware care. Your story is yours; all inquiries and participation are confidential.

The community fuels this effort. If you’re looking for connection, you’re in the right place. Join a group, refer a friend, or partner with us to host a cohort in your area. And if you’re able, please consider supporting our mission—make a one-time gift or become a monthly donor to fund program materials, essential overhead, and fair wages for the staff who serve this community. Every contribution helps someone feel seen, heard, and prepared for what’s next—helping them heal the past and embrace tomorrow.
