What is Ya Enough!?

Ya Enough! is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to helping people heal from the past and look forward to the future through supportive group settings and practical tools. Our main program is What’s in Your Bag—an in-person, non-clinical group that meets in cycles.

Who do you serve?

Adults aged 18 and older, primarily targeting men, Veterans, and LGBTQ+ community members throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts—including the South Shore, Cape Cod, Greater Boston, North Shore, and Central MA.

Is What’s in Your Bag therapy?

This is a non-clinical, peer-led group. If you require clinical care, we can refer you to a licensed clinician for individual sessions.

How often do groups meet?

Groups operate in two-month cycles. Each cohort and location determines meeting days and times; options will be provided during registration.

Who leads the groups?

Trained facilitators using a consistent, trauma-informed playbook. When clinical needs arise, a licensed clinician is available for referrals and one-on-one care.
