“What’s in Your Bag” Has Launched — A New, Simple Way to Feel Lighter and Move Forward

Healing the past, embracing tomorrow. We’re excited to announce that “What’s in Your Bag” has officially launched—a warm, in-person group experience from Ya Enough! that helps adults identify what they’re carrying and leave with simple tools they can use the same day. If you’ve been seeking support that’s human, practical, and judgment-free, this is for you. We welcome men 18+, veterans, and LGBTQ+ community members with dignity and care, honoring resilience instead of defining anyone by trauma.

In each small group, trained facilitators lead gentle conversations and offer bite-sized practices that you can implement immediately—improving communication, setting kinder boundaries, and fostering calmer days. You share only what feels right, at your own pace, and you’ll always walk away with something practical for real life. Your story is yours; all inquiries and participation are confidential. If you need more than a non-clinical group, we also offer one-on-one sessions with a licensed clinician, providing professional, trauma-aware care tailored to your specific needs.

We serve all of Rhode Island and Massachusetts—including the South Shore, Cape Cod, Greater Boston, the North Shore, and Central Massachusetts—because healing should be accessible close to home. Whether you’re taking your first step or continuing where you left off, you’ll find encouragement without pressure and a community that understands.

Getting started is easy: fill out our confidential interest form, and a team member will follow up to discuss next steps and available groups near you. Show up exactly as you are—perfection is not required. We’ll meet you with warmth, clarity, and a clear path forward.

If this work resonates with you, please consider helping it grow. As a 501(c)(3) organization, we maintain accessible and low-barrier services across our service areas. Your donation—one-time or monthly—directly funds materials, welcoming spaces, and fair wages for staff who care for this community. Every gift helps someone feel seen, heard, and prepared for what’s next. You are enough. Healing is possible. Together, we rise.
